Our focus is on enhancing our Pryda fabricators’ effectiveness and efficiency in the market place by supporting their equipment related needs and offering a fast response equipment breakdown service. With highly trained service technicians in the field and a wealth of support back at head office, no equipment related enquiry is too big or too small. Our service technicians also offer a repair and refurbishment advisory service, our aim to assist our customers to develop training programs for new or existing operators on equipment usage.

Recently we introduced an exciting new Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) aimed at Pryda fabricators who appreciate the support of a planned routine maintenance program. PMP takes the hassle out of spare parts procurement and in the long term helps to vastly reduce the level of costly breakdowns thus minimising loss of production.
